The Monthly Retainer is an ongoing subscription for unlimited requests, run one at a time from a queue you control. Most clients start with a package and move onto a retainer once they need a steady content pipeline rather than a one-off kit.

Yes. Each package is a starting point built from our standard services — tell us what you actually need and we'll adjust the mix and quote accordingly. If the adjustment makes a cheaper package the better fit, we will say so.
Revision rounds scale with the package: one round on Solo Starter, two on Solo Launch, three on Startup Boost, and unlimited on Growth Bundle and above. Exact counts are listed on each package. A round means one consolidated set of feedback — twenty notes sent together are one round, not twenty.
Yes. Every package includes full source file delivery, so the finished videos and the editable project files are yours to use anywhere, with no usage window or separate buy-out. Every third-party asset in the edit is commercially licensed before use, and you receive an asset list with the delivery.
Two milestones: a deposit that books your production slot and starts the work, and the balance on final delivery. Both amounts and dates are stated on the invoice before anything begins. Cancel before production starts and the deposit is refunded in full; cancel after it starts and the unstarted portion of the scope is refunded.
