Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one in the order received.

It depends which engagement you are in, and the two numbers on this site measure different things. On the Monthly Retainer, a single request — one Lottie file, one ad variant, one cutdown — averages about 48 hours, because a request is one asset from a queue. A fixed-price package is a whole kit of assets produced together, so it runs 3 to 14 days end to end, and the exact figure is printed on every package. A custom one-off project runs 7 to 10 days. Long-form 3D and multi-minute edits take longer in any model, and we quote that before starting rather than after.

Not on the retainer or on the Growth Bundle package and above. The fixed-round tiers include one round on Solo Starter, two on Solo Launch, and three on Startup Boost. A round means one consolidated set of feedback, not one comment — twenty notes sent together are one round. If a delivered asset does not match the brief we agreed in writing, fixing it is our cost and does not consume a round.

Yes. If you only have one or two requests, you can pause your subscription and use the remaining days later.

Buy a package when you have a specific launch or campaign and you can list what you need — the scope, price, and schedule are all fixed before you pay, and there is nothing to cancel afterwards. Take the retainer when video has become a habit rather than an event and you cannot predict next month's list. Most clients start with a package and move onto the retainer once they are producing continuously; you are not locked into either.

You do, on both counts. On final payment, ownership of the delivered videos and their editable project files transfers to you, with no usage window, territory limit, or separate buy-out. Every third-party asset in the edit — music, stock, fonts — is commercially licensed before use, and you receive an asset list naming each licence with the delivery.

Packages split into a deposit that books your production slot and a balance on final delivery, with both amounts stated on the invoice before work starts. The retainer bills monthly in advance with no minimum term and can be paused or cancelled at any time. If you cancel a package before production starts, the deposit is refunded in full; after it starts, the deposit covers completed work and the unstarted scope is refunded.
