Questions, answered.

Everything people ask before sending money — ownership, licensing, revision rounds, turnaround, payment, refunds. If your question is not here, ask it directly and we will add the answer.

Getting started

What happens between reading this page and work beginning.

Send us what you want the video to achieve and roughly when you need it, either through the contact form or by email. We reply within one business day with either a recommended package or, where nothing off the shelf fits, a scoped quote. Once you approve the scope and the deposit clears, your production slot is booked and the kickoff brief goes out the same day.

Four things are genuinely blocking: the one outcome the video has to achieve, who is watching and where it will be placed, your brand kit, and either product access or clean screen recordings. A script is helpful but optional — we write it if you do not have one. The fifth thing is the one people forget: a single named approver who can say yes, because feedback assembled from a committee is the most common reason a schedule slips.

Yes. The studio is based in Dhaka and works remotely with clients worldwide — most of our published work is for SaaS and WordPress companies outside Bangladesh. Everything runs over email, Slack, and scheduled calls, and we overlap with European and North American working hours by arrangement.

Yes, and you can see a lot of it without asking: every case study on this site links to the live client site or the published video, so you can watch the finished work in the place it actually runs. If you want something closer to your category than what is published, ask — we will send relevant work directly rather than pointing you at a generic reel.

Yes, and before we see anything sensitive rather than after. We will sign yours, or send ours if you would rather not draft one. Access to your material is limited to the people working on your project, production runs entirely through our own in-house team with no freelancer bench, and any credentials you share are stored in a password manager and revoked when the project closes.

Deliverables & file formats

Exactly what lands in your folder at the end.

MP4 (H.264) as standard for web and social, with ProRes 422 MOV on request when the file is going into someone else's edit, and WebM (VP9) when it ships as a background loop. Masters are rendered at 4K or 1080p at the frame rate the source was captured at. Lottie work is delivered as both optimised JSON and a dotLottie bundle.

16:9 as the master, plus 9:16 vertical, 1:1 square, and 4:5 feed versions where your package includes them. Each ratio is properly reframed rather than centre-cropped from the master, so on-screen text and UI stay inside the safe area on every platform. Additional ratios can be added to any project as a small add-on.

Yes, on every package. You receive the After Effects or Premiere project with linked assets and fonts, which means another studio can pick the work up without contacting us. That is deliberate: source files being withheld is the standard way agencies create lock-in, and we would rather you stayed because the work is good.

Both, because they do different jobs. Burned-in captions are what make a video watchable in a muted feed. A separate .srt or .vtt sidecar file is what makes the dialogue indexable by search engines and usable by screen readers. You get both, and translated subtitle files can be added per language.

Yes. Subtitle-only versions are inexpensive because the edit does not change. Fully re-voiced versions cost more, since the on-screen text is re-laid out for the new copy length and the timing is adjusted around the new read. Every video ships with a music-and-effects-only audio stem specifically so a language version can be produced later without a re-edit.

Ownership, licensing & rights

Who owns what, and what you can legally do with it.

You do. On final payment, full ownership of the delivered videos, animations, and graphics transfers to you along with the editable source files. There is no separate buy-out fee, no usage window, and no per-territory or per-channel tier. You can run the work anywhere, forever, and modify it however you like.

Yes. Every third-party asset in a delivered video — music, sound effects, stock footage, icons, fonts — is licensed for commercial use before it goes into the edit, and the licence is scoped to cover your use of the finished piece. You receive a written asset list naming each licensed item and its source with the final delivery, so you can prove clearance if a platform ever challenges it. Where a particular track cannot be licensed transferably, we say so before using it and offer an alternative that can.

By default yes, and that is how every case study on this site exists. If your launch is under embargo or the work can never be shown publicly, tell us at kickoff and we will remove that right in writing. It costs nothing and we do not treat it as a negotiating chip.

Our app-development pipeline uses AI tooling to move faster, and we say so openly. On the motion side, creative direction, animation, and editorial decisions are made by the named people on our team page. If a project would use generative imagery or a synthetic voice, that is agreed with you first and noted in the delivery, because it changes what you can claim about the asset.

Process, feedback & revisions

How work actually moves, and what happens when you want changes.

It scales with what you bought: one round on Solo Starter, two on Solo Launch, three on Startup Boost, and unlimited rounds on Growth Bundle and above as well as on the monthly retainer. A round means one consolidated set of feedback, not one comment — sending twenty individual notes over three days still counts as one round, as long as they arrive before we start acting on them.

That is what the approval gates before it are for. You sign off the script and a styleframe before full animation begins, which is where direction problems are cheap to fix. If a first cut still misses because we misread the brief we agreed in writing, fixing it is our cost, not a chargeable change — the revision rounds exist for taste, not for our mistakes.

On a timestamped review link, so a comment is anchored to the exact frame it refers to. Feedback in a spreadsheet or scattered across an email thread is where projects lose days. We ask you to consolidate a round through your named approver before sending it, and we respond to every note either with the change or with the reason it is a bad idea.

It depends on which engagement you are in, and the two headline numbers on this site measure different things. A fixed-price package runs 3 to 14 days for the entire kit, and the exact figure is printed on every package. A single request on the monthly retainer averages about 48 hours, because a request is one asset from a queue rather than a whole kit. A custom one-off project runs 7 to 10 days.

Yes, with a rush arrangement: your project moves to the front of the production queue on a compressed schedule agreed in writing before work starts, priced as an uplift on the project fee. We will tell you honestly when a deadline is not achievable at the quality we would want to put our name on, rather than accepting it and delivering something thin.

Pricing & payment

What things cost, how you pay, and what happens if you cancel.

Fixed-price packages start at $100 for a 10-reel social pack and $200 for a single sub-60-second explainer, and run up to $2,900 for a full-funnel launch bundle. Ongoing work is either a $2,450/month unlimited-request retainer or $40/hour contractual time with a 20-hour monthly minimum. Every price on this site is what you pay — there is no separate platform, project-management, or delivery fee added later.

Buy a package when you have a specific launch or campaign with a known list of deliverables — you pay once, the scope and the schedule are fixed up front, and there is nothing to cancel. Take the retainer when you need a steady stream of assets and cannot predict the list in advance. Most clients start with a package and move onto a retainer once video becomes a habit rather than an event.

Packages split across two milestones: a deposit that books your production slot and starts work, and the balance on final delivery. The deposit percentage and the dates are stated on the invoice before anything begins. The retainer bills monthly in advance and can be paused or cancelled at any time with no minimum term. Hourly work bills monthly against the booked minimum, with a time report attached to the invoice.

Cancel a package before production starts and the deposit is refunded in full. Cancel after production has started and the deposit covers the work already completed, with the unstarted portion of the scope refunded. On the retainer, a paused month's unused days stay available to you rather than expiring.

Professional voiceover, additional language versions, extra reels beyond your package count, additional aspect ratios, revision rounds beyond the included count on the fixed-round tiers, and rush delivery. Each is quoted before it is started, never added to a final invoice as a surprise. Source files, captions, and standard reframes are included, not add-ons.

Working with us

Who does the work, and what happens after the files land.

No. Every project runs through our own in-house team — the twelve people listed on our about page — which is the main reason we can sign meaningful NDAs and keep a consistent look across a client's whole library. It is also why our capacity is finite and why we quote honestly on deadlines rather than accepting everything.

Yes. Alongside the motion studio we run a smaller app-development team that has shipped seven of its own public products — a SaaS platform, a desktop app, two Chrome extensions, and three plugins listed on WordPress.org — all of which you can inspect before talking to us. The Launch + Build package covers the product being built and the launch assets being produced in parallel.

The files are yours and nothing expires. If you need a change months later, having the source files means another team can make it, or we can — as a small scoped job rather than a new production. Clients on a retainer simply add it to the queue. Existing clients can also raise issues through our support page.

Both, and we will not take a production brief that we think is aimed at the wrong thing. Every project starts with a recommendation in writing about what the video should actually do given where you are placing it — length, format, and the one journey it should show. You are free to overrule that, but you will always have it.

Where the detail lives

Still not sure what you need?

Tell us what the video has to achieve and roughly when you need it. We reply within one business day with a recommendation — including when a cheaper option covers it.
