Video & Motion for E-commerce and Online Retail

This is our newest area and we would rather say so than pad it: one published case study, CartResQ, an automated cart-recovery tool whose explainer opens on the moment a sale is lost. What we bring is the thing e-commerce creative runs on — modular ad variations, reels at volume, and short explainers that make a merchant's problem visible before naming the fix.

Studio demoCart recovery, opening on the lost saleWatch

Merchants have seen this pitch before, from twelve other tabs

A store owner's inbox is already full of tools promising more revenue, and their app-store category is a wall of near-identical cards. By the time your creative reaches them they are not evaluating, they are dismissing — quickly, in a feed, with the sound off. That makes the opening frame do almost all the work, and most e-commerce creative wastes it on a logo or a headline the viewer has read a dozen times. The other half of the problem is volume. Paid social does not reward one perfect video; it rewards enough genuine variations to learn from, produced fast enough that the learning is still relevant. Teams that commission creative one asset at a time end up testing hooks weeks apart, with results they cannot compare because the production quality drifted between them.

What we make for E-commerce teams.

An explainer that opens on the problem, not the product

CartResQ's explainer starts at the moment a sale is lost — a cart abandoned mid-checkout — and only then animates the automated recovery sequence kicking in, so the value is felt before it is explained. That ordering is the point. For a merchant-facing tool, the first four seconds should show the money leaking, the queue backing up, or the manual routine being performed; the fix lands harder once the viewer has already agreed there is something to fix.

Modular ad creative built to be tested, not admired

We build paid-social creative as a system: a set of variations sharing one production but differing in the hook, the opening frame, the on-screen claim, or the pacing, so a media buyer can run them against each other and learn something. Growth Bundle includes five modular variations and Scale Package ten, produced together — which is what keeps quality constant across a test instead of drifting between separately commissioned assets.

Reels at the volume a posting cadence actually needs

Organic e-commerce content is a volume game and a single hero video does not sustain it. The Reel Only package is ten sub-20-second reels for $100 with a 5-day turnaround, built for teams that already have their core assets and simply need enough short-form to post consistently. Larger kits fold reels in alongside the explainer, so the feed content and the site content look like the same brand.

Merchant onboarding and setup tutorials

Tools sold to store owners get judged again after install, when the merchant has to configure something before seeing any result. The CartResQ set includes a merchant onboarding tutorial covering setup and recovery rules for exactly that reason. We cut these per task so a support reply can point at one clip, and so the parts that change with a platform update can be re-shot without redoing the whole tutorial.

What's different here.

The constraints that change how the work has to be made for this buyer — not a generic process with the industry name swapped in.

We are honest about the depth here

One published e-commerce case study, not a wall of retail logos. What transfers from our SaaS and WordPress work is the part e-commerce actually leans on — modular ad systems, short-form volume, and explainers built for a muted feed. If you need proof of a dozen retail brands, we are not that agency yet, and you should ask us before commissioning rather than after.

The first frame is the whole test

In a feed, the thumbnail and the first second decide everything that follows. We plan opening frames at the script stage and produce several deliberately different ones inside a variation set, rather than trimming a finished master and hoping. Anything that depends on audio, a voiceover intro, or a logo sting to make sense has already lost the viewer it needed.

Selling to merchants is not selling to shoppers

A merchant-facing tool and a direct-to-consumer product need opposite creative. The merchant wants a business problem named in their language — abandoned carts, margin, hours of support — and shown as a number or a queue. A shopper wants the product in use. Most of our e-commerce work so far is the first kind, and we will say so when a brief is really the second.

The work.

Services E-commerce teams buy most.

Where E-commerce teams usually start.

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed schedule. How the turnaround clock works.

E-commerce video questions.

One published case study so far: CartResQ, an automated cart-recovery tool, where we produced the product explainer, animated graphics and banners for the marketing site and email campaigns, and a merchant onboarding tutorial. The rest of our catalogue is SaaS, WordPress, and health software. We would rather tell you that now than have you find it out on the case studies page.

Reel Only is $100 for ten sub-20-second reels with a 5-day turnaround, which suits a team that just needs posting volume. Solo Launch at $300 covers a product intro, a walkthrough, a tutorial, and five reels together. Startup Boost at $550 adds a feature explainer and a ten-asset social kit for the first round of paid tests.

Yes — that is the Ad Creative Systems service, and it is built as a set rather than as single files. Growth Bundle includes five modular variations, Scale Package ten, and the Full-Funnel Bundle up to twenty across a rolling 30-day engagement. They share one production and differ in hook, opening frame, and pacing, so a test tells you something about the message rather than about the edit quality.

A fixed-price package runs 3 to 14 days for the whole kit — Reel Only is 5 days, Startup Boost 7, Growth Bundle 10. A custom-scoped one-off project runs 7 to 10 days. If you need continuous creative rather than a kit, the monthly retainer handles one request at a time at roughly 48 hours each, which is the model that fits an always-on ad account.

Our published work is software: interfaces, workflows, and motion graphics. Studio product photography and live-action shoots are not what this team has shipped, and we will say so rather than take the brief. Where a physical product needs animated presentation, 2D/3D product intros with modelling, texturing, and lighting are part of the catalogue.

It should, but not as the same file. A marketplace listing has its own length conventions and a first frame that gets judged as a thumbnail, while a site hero can assume the visitor already read a headline. We plan the cutdowns at the script stage and deliver reframed 9:16 and 1:1 versions with burned-in captions alongside the 16:9 master.
