For Monthly Retainer plans, delivery times average 48 hours. One-off projects follow the timeline specified in the custom quote. Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Upon full payment, all final video and motion assets belong to the client. Degird Agency retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless an NDA is signed.

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel or pause at any time. Due to the high-intensity nature of custom motion design, refunds are generally not provided once production has started.
