AI UGC Videos
UGC-style ads work because they look like a person talking to their phone, not a brand talking at you. The hard part has always been the people: casting, shipping product, waiting for footage, and reshooting when a hook doesn't land. AI UGC removes that loop. We build AI creators who stay the same person in every clip, script the hooks your buyers respond to, and edit each video like a native post — so you can test ten angles in the time it used to take to book one creator.
- DTC and e-commerce brands whose UGC pipeline is the bottleneck in their ad testing
- Media buyers who need new hooks every week and can't wait on creator footage
- Brands testing new niches, audiences or markets before investing in real creators
- Agencies that need UGC-style volume for several clients at once

Real UGC doesn't scale at the speed ad accounts burn through it
A UGC ad that works can fatigue inside a couple of weeks, and the replacement depends on a chain of slow steps: find a creator who fits, ship them the product, wait for footage, hope the hooks were delivered the way they were written, and pay again when they weren't. Each round tests one or two ideas. Meanwhile the self-serve AI tools promise instant creators and deliver the same three stock avatars every other brand is running, with a face that changes between clips and a product that melts in the creator's hand. AI UGC is worth doing only when it fixes both problems at once: creators that are specific to your brand and stay consistent, and a production process fast enough that the hooks change as often as the account needs them to.
What's included.
Every AI UGC videos engagement covers all four of these — they are the work, not upsells.
AI creators built for your brand — and locked
We design a small cast of AI creators around your buyers: age range, style, setting and tone that fit the niche, rather than the stock avatars everyone else is using. Each one gets a character sheet so the same face, hair and voice appear in every clip. The cast is yours to reuse batch after batch, which is what lets a series build recognition instead of starting from zero each time.
Hooks and scripts that sound like a person
UGC lives or dies in the first two seconds and in whether it sounds real. We write hooks from your reviews and your category's winning angles — POV, callout, listicle, confession, warning, before-and-after of the situation — and scripts in spoken language, with pauses and asides. Each video in a batch argues something different, so a losing variant tells you something.
Product accuracy you can put your logo on
Your product is built from clean reference plates, so the label, shape and colour stay correct when the creator holds it, applies it or shows it to camera. Shots where the product drifts are regenerated rather than shipped. Where a hand interaction is too complex to generate reliably, we composite a real product shot instead.
Edited like a native post, not a commercial
Front-camera framing, natural room sound, jump cuts, word-timed captions in the style your platform's creators use, and a hook overlay that lands in the first second. Every video is kept inside the 9:16 safe areas so nothing important sits under the caption bar or the action rail, and is exported with captions burned in and as sidecar files.

How it gets made.
The sequence for this service specifically. How we work, in detail.
- 01
Review mining and angle list
We read what your customers actually say — reviews, support tickets, comments — and what already runs in your category, then write an angle list with one hook per line. You approve it before any creator is generated.
- 02
Cast the creators
A short cast of AI creators is designed for the niche and presented as character sheets. You pick who represents the brand, and those faces are locked for the batch and every batch after it.
- 03
One video, end to end
A single video is produced first — generation, voice, edit and captions — to set the caption style, pacing and tone. Notes at this stage cost one video instead of the whole batch.
- 04
Batch production
The remaining scripts are generated against the locked creators and product plates, selected at full size, and edited in the approved style. Hook-only cutdowns are cut from the same material.
- 05
Deliver, read results, iterate
Every video ships in the ratios you buy, named so results trace back to the hook. Send us what the account reports and the next batch doubles down on the angles that held attention.
What it costs.
AI UGC is quoted per batch, against an approved list of hooks and creators, so the number of videos, lengths, ratios and languages are fixed before production starts. The first batch includes designing and locking your AI creator cast; later batches reuse it, which is where the cost per video falls. Brands testing UGC continuously usually move to the monthly retainer and pull new hooks from a queue.
AI UGC Videos questions.
AI UGC is user-generated-content-style video — a person talking to a phone camera, holding or using a product — where the creator, setting and voice are generated by AI rather than filmed. It keeps the native, low-polish look that makes UGC effective in social feeds, while removing casting, product shipping and reshoots. The quality difference between good and bad AI UGC is mostly consistency: whether the creator stays the same person and the product stays accurate from clip to clip.
AI UGC is quoted per batch, and for testing it usually works out far cheaper per video than hiring creators — there are no creator fees, product shipments, usage-rights renewals or reshoots when a hook misses. The first batch includes designing and locking your AI creator cast; every batch after reuses it, so the cost per video drops as you scale. Many brands use AI UGC to find winning angles cheaply, then pay real creators to scale the proven ones.
It depends on the angle, the product and the audience, and anyone who promises a fixed result is guessing. What AI UGC changes reliably is speed and volume: you can test many more hooks and angles in the same time and budget, and the winners are what move performance. Many brands run both — AI UGC to find winning angles quickly, and real creators to scale the proven ones.
A hook that names the viewer's situation in their own words within the first second or two — which is why we write hooks from your customer reviews rather than from a brainstorm. The openings that tend to hold attention are specific: a POV line, a direct callout to one type of buyer, a numbered listicle, a confession, or a warning. Each video in a batch uses a different one, so the results tell you which angle your audience responds to, not just which colour they preferred.
Some will, and platforms increasingly ask for realistic AI content to be disclosed. We don't design AI UGC to deceive: our AI creators don't pose as real customers describing personal results, and we avoid scripts that claim first-hand experiences they could not have had. The format still works when it is honest — a relatable face, a clear hook and a product shown well are what hold attention.
Only with that person's written consent, and with the usage scope agreed in writing — where the likeness can appear, for how long, and in which markets. Without consent we will not clone anyone's face or voice, including public figures. For most brands, a custom AI creator designed for the niche is the simpler and safer option.
We build clean reference plates of your product — front, side, label detail — and generate every product shot against them, then check each take at full size. Takes where the label warps, the shape changes or the hand interaction looks wrong are regenerated. For interactions that current models still struggle with, we composite a real product shot into the scene.
Primarily TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts, as both paid ads and organic posts. The 9:16 master keeps everything inside each platform's safe areas, and 4:5 and 1:1 versions cover feed placements. If you run TikTok Spark Ads or whitelisted creator accounts, tell us up front — that affects how the videos are framed and captioned.
