AI Video Ads

Your ad account doesn't need one perfect video; it needs the next batch before the current winner fatigues. We produce AI video ads the way a performance team uses them: a batch of genuinely different angles, each built hook-first from AI UGC, AI animation, product film or motion graphics — whichever carries that angle best — and exported for every placement you buy, named so the results read back cleanly.

  • E-commerce brands spending on Meta and TikTok whose creative can't keep up with fatigue
  • Performance agencies that need AI ad production capacity behind their own strategists
  • SaaS and app teams testing new angles before committing to a full shoot
  • Founders who want to test several messages with their first real ad budget

Winners fatigue in weeks. Replacements take a month.

Ad creative has a half-life. A winning video scales, frequency climbs, performance slides, and the account needs something new — but a traditional replacement means briefing, shooting and editing, and it usually arrives after the damage is done. AI changes the production math: scenes, settings, creators and product shots can be generated instead of filmed, so a batch of ten angles costs a fraction of ten shoots. The catch is that most AI ads look like AI ads — one visual trick, generic avatars, no edit — and the audience learns to scroll past them. The value is in combining AI's speed with performance-creative discipline: distinct angles, hook-first pacing, accurate products and clean platform exports.

What's included.

Every AI video ads engagement covers all four of these — they are the work, not upsells.

An angle list before any generation

Every batch starts as a written list of angles — problem-first, outcome-first, objection, comparison, curiosity, offer — each one a different argument for the product. You approve it before production, so the batch is a designed test rather than five versions of one idea. The list is built from your reviews, your existing results and what already runs in your category.

The right format for each angle

Some angles land best as an AI creator talking to camera, some as an animated mechanism, some as a cinematic product shot or bold kinetic type. We choose the format per angle rather than forcing one style across the batch, which also gives the account visual variety — the thing that keeps frequency from burning a single look.

Hook-first editing and motion graphics

Every ad is cut so the first one to three seconds does the work: the hook lands before the viewer decides to scroll. Product callouts, offer cards, captions and end frames are designed by our motion team on top of the generated footage, and hooks are cut as separate modules so a proven opening can be paired with a new body later.

Every placement, named and mapped

Each ad ships in 9:16 for Reels, Stories and TikTok, 4:5 and 1:1 for feed, and 16:9 where a placement still needs it — reframed and re-typeset rather than centre-cropped, with captions kept clear of each platform's interface. Files are named to a convention that encodes the angle, hook, format and ratio, with a variant map alongside.

How it gets made.

The sequence for this service specifically. How we work, in detail.

  1. 01

    Account and angle teardown

We look at what you sell, what your ads have already said and how they performed, and what competitors run. The output is a numbered angle list with a format and hook for each — approved before anything is made.

  2. 02

    References and one hero ad

Product plates, any AI creators and the style frame are locked, and one ad is built end to end to set pacing, caption style and graphics. You sign it off before the batch is built on top of it.

  3. 03

    Batch generation and edit

The rest of the angles are generated, selected at full size and edited against the approved system. Hooks are cut as separate modules so they can be recombined later.

  4. 04

    Placement pass and naming

Every ad is reframed for each ratio, checked against platform overlays, exported and named to the convention, with the variant map written alongside.

  5. 05

Read the numbers, build the next batch

Send back spend, hold rate and cost per result per ad. The next batch extends the angles and hooks that won, reusing the locked references so it is faster and cheaper than the first.

What it costs.

AI video ads are quoted per batch against the approved angle list, so the number of ads, lengths, ratios and formats are fixed before production begins. The first batch includes locking the product plates, creators and style that later batches reuse. Accounts that refresh creative every week are usually best served by the monthly retainer, working through new angles one request at a time from a queue you control.

AI Video Ads questions.

AI video ads are paid-social and video ads where some or all of the footage — creators, scenes, product shots, animation or voice — is generated by AI models instead of filmed. The production still needs a strategy and an edit: angles to test, hook-first pacing, accurate product shots, captions, graphics and platform-correct exports. The AI part makes the footage fast and cheap to produce; the rest is what makes it perform.

AI video ads are quoted per batch against an approved angle list, so the number of ads, their lengths, ratios and formats are fixed before production. The first batch carries the one-off work of locking your product plates, creators and style; later batches reuse them and cost noticeably less per ad. Accounts that refresh creative every week usually move to the monthly retainer, published at $2,450 per month, and work through new angles from a queue.

The strongest are the ones that are expensive or slow to film: AI UGC-style creator ads for testing hooks, animated mechanisms that show what a product does inside the body or a system, cinematic product shots without a studio, and stylised animation that stands out in a feed full of identical UGC. We pick the format per angle, so a single batch usually mixes several — which also keeps frequency from burning out one look.

Ad Creative Systems is built around motion design and your existing footage, screen recordings or product UI — ideal for SaaS and software. AI Video Ads generate the footage itself: creators, scenes and product shots that would otherwise need a shoot. Both use the same modular, test-first structure and naming, and many accounts use both.

AI-generated ads go through the same ad review as any other creative, and the usual policies apply — no misleading claims, no unsubstantiated before-and-after results, no impersonation. Both platforms also ask for disclosure of realistic AI-generated content. We write and produce within those rules, and flag any ad whose claims you will need to substantiate before it runs.

Usually, yes. Clean product photos — ideally front, side and a label close-up on a plain background — are exactly what we build the product reference plates from. If your photos are low resolution or inconsistent, we will tell you which extra shots would make the product more accurate in the generated footage.

Enough that each one tests a different idea. For most accounts that is five to ten distinct angles per batch. More variations of the same angle rarely teach you anything; more genuinely different angles do. Once a winner appears, the next batch iterates on its hook and format rather than starting again.

No. We produce the creative and hand it over, organised so whoever runs the account can use it well: consistent naming, a variant map, ratios split by folder and hook lines supplied as text. If you work with a media buyer or agency, we are happy to take their reporting directly and build the next batch around it.
